Detailed Product Description

Main body of machine is made of MS plate 25 mm. Both sides are finished with painting
Legs adjustable up to 100mm. Width, length and height is measured by 56"x74"x24".
Main body covered by SS 304 PC 16 gauges
Conveyor of machine 14ft long 304 SS 12 gauges
All MS and cast iron parts are powder coated
Hood fabricated by SS 304 PC 16G and door of acrylic sheet of 10mm
Electrical panel made of sheet fabrication powder coated.
In feed and out feed star wheel, and guide made of nylon cast and in feed worm made of derlin
Star wheel have 8 pockets & rotary table have 10 station bottle gripping
Speed of machine is up to 240 BPM for 180 ml bottle on constant production
Bottle pads for precise labeling
Easy height adjustment for different type of bottles and containers
Electronics BPM counter meter fitted sensor used on bottle no label & no bottle no gum
