A3.Again, Our's factory trained technicians will provide on going service on your equipment at below market rates. There are no air or overnight charges as our technicians are local to every major city in the country. We provide a 90 day labor warranty on all equipment and will provide all parts warranty depending on the manufacturers stated warranty.

Q4.What about parts for the equipment ?

A4.We have a dedicated nationwide parts department that can be reached on a toll free number. Our reps have access to all accounts opened nationwide and can help you place your orders to assure you that you are getting the correct part for your equipment. Once the order is placed, the part can arrive as early as the next day.

Q5.What types of containers can you design a machine for?

A5.We have the capability of designing machinery for packaging numerous types of container shapes and sizes. We package everything from round to square and specialize in unique shaped containers.

Q6.Can I run different products on the same machine?

A6.We have an assortment of attachments for running different products that are easily mounted and changed on one filler. We can also integrate different types of filling stations on the same machine.

A7.We are the largest distributor of packaging supplies in the country.  We store and sell materials including Stretch Film, Shrink Film, Poly Bags, Corrugated Boxes, Tape, Bubble and Foam Cushioning, Strapping, to mention just a few items. Our packaging specialist will work with you to assure you are getting the right material for your equipment. Material that will provide the lowest total cost, and making the most effective package .

Q8.What other services do you provide?

A8.With each one of our customers, we offer a FREE plant audit analysis service.  We will bring in a team consisting of Packaging Consultants, Equipment Specialists, Service Technicians, Packaging Engineers, and Designers to analyze our customers process flow. We will work together to find efficiencies that reduce cost and increase productivity in every phase of the packaging process. SPE will gather the information and return with our recommendations and any implementation schedules. Our process is proven to uncover savings, which will be documented back to the customers on a quarterly basis.

Q9. How often does your company change your online category?

A9.Some of our products will always be available while we constantly update our products to meet the changing needs of customers. Once there are products newly developed, we add them to our category and remove those out-dated products.
